WBT’s members are prohibited from discussing any competition issues amongst companies. In accordance with the association’s statutes, such discussions are specifically excluded from the scope of the association’s activities and prohibited by law.
Antitrust Statement
Although it is appropriate to discuss matters dealing with government policies and regulations concerning ethical and medical issues involving baby bottles, we should not discuss an individual WBT member’s specific products, prices, sales, marketing or pricing activities or plans which could affect competition between companies in the baby bottle business.
